Welcome to American Car Weddings a member of the Wedding Guild of Wales. We are a family run wedding vehicle hire business based in South Wales, near Cardiff. We have a passion for beautiful American classic cars and have let this flow into a wedding business as you see today where you can hire a chauffeur driven classic vehicle such as our muscle car, a 1967 V8 Ford Mustang Fastback or a classy 1961 Cadillac Sedan Deville. We also have some more modern car options with our Chrysler 300c with its baby Bentley looks and our black sheep of our fleet (ie: not American) the absolutely superb V12 Aston Martin DB9. We cover the South Wales M4 corridor as far West as Swansea along to Cardiff and East to Chepstow. We also cover into England in areas such as Bristol, Weston and Gloucester.
The Bride and Grooms we speak to tell us they are looking for something different, quirky or unusual as well as the traditional wedding cars. We think we meet that criteria with our cars combined with a professional, reliable and reasonably priced wedding transport service to suit any budget.
We also believe our vehicles will give you fantastic photogenic opportunities whether your wedding is at a church, registry office, hotel or another unique venue such as a castle or stately home. We treat all our bookings with total discretion as many we take are surprises. We are experts at surprises.

As a married couple we have a high work ethic and are very professional individuals striving for perfection in whatever we do. We have backgrounds on corporate customer service industries needing high level of accuracy and attention to detail and transfer these along with many other skills to the 1st class service provided by American Car Weddings.
Our team is complemented with myself, Simon, bringing to the table the enthusiasm of the cars, operational experience and a sales background where as Alison provides plenty of personality along with the female influence and finer detail to the wedding business.
In 2009 we bought our 1st car the Mustang Fastback. It then immediately had a total nut and bolt restoration over 14 months to its current superb maintained condition. Whilst using the Mustang for pleasure we were asked by so many people “do you do weddings” so it evolved into doing weddings word of mouth for friends and family and progressed.
In 2017 we thought we would progress the business and added two further cars, a superb classic 1961 Cadillac Sedan DeVille in Olympic White and a stunning Chrysler 300c in silver for our more traditional wedding customers.
Not only are we passionate about our cars we are passionate about running our business safe, secure and legal where we are fully insured for business use with all our cars and have full public liability.
